We are committed to maximize what the land holds, establish our farm business, and nurture our “original breed” into an internationally recognized brand.
“From what is visible to the quality that we cannot see”
We are particularly paying attention and devoting our time and labor on our lemon’s high nutritional value, its influence on the our health and other qualities that are beyond perceivable qualities even though our lemon doesn’t look as cosmetically beautiful as many farm products created through cultivar improvement.
“Original breed, no fertilizer and no chemical used”
We, Nakayoshi-ya, believe that the time will come when people will appreciate the intrinsic quality of farm products in the future.
Therefore, we stick to the “original breed, no fertilizer, no chemical used” and we use the soil that satisfy the following conditions:
- No agricultural chemical used before
--- We tracked back the record to make sure about it.
= We are careful about even residue chemicals. - No GM fertilizer used before
--- We stick to the original breed, and never cross-breed or anything like that. - No chemical fertilizer used before
--- Authentically natural soil with no fertilizer and no chemical products found in our soil.
Nakayoshi-ya is attempting to preserve native/fixed fruit and grain seeds.
